Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Boxed 4 You quality checks every hamper before it is shipped to ensure items are not damaged. If for any reason you receive an item that is damaged or malfunctioning, you must contact Boxed 4 You at info@boxed4you.com.au within 3 days of the items being delivered with details of the damaged items and photos. 

We will arrange a return of a damaged item in exchange for a replacement of the exact same item. 

Unpackaged Items

Boxed 4 You removes some items from original packaging to enhance the appearance of a hamper. This can sometimes include all items that have been selected. All items are brand new and only removed from packaging if required and just before they are placed in the hamper. Where possible, original tags are kept on the item. 

Baby Wearable Items

Items such as baby clothing, blankets, swaddles and beanies are always recommended by the manufacturer to be washed before being worn. Please follow the washing instructions for each individual item. 

Personalised Items

Personalised items are to be washed using cold to warm machine wash. Do not iron the personalised area of the item. Personalisation materials used on baby items are CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) certified and are suitable for children's clothing and toys. 

If you have selected personalisation, please ensure you have checked the spelling of the name to be added to an item before processing the order. Boxed 4 You does not take responsibility in ensuring names are spelt correctly. The name entered online is the name used. The customer takes responsibility in ensuring the name is spelt correctly. 

Shipping / Delivery

Shipping times are an indication only. Boxed 4 You does not take responsibility for any delays in delivery. An external service is used for shipping of our hampers, where possible the customer will receive a tracking number to track their order. Any complaints or questions regarding shipping should be directed to the shipping service.
